Kitchen partners agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date kitchen and menu information.
Maintain appropriate hygiene and food-safety practices.
Follow applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements.
Accept orders only when they can reasonably prepare them on time.
Prepare food according to the description and information provided to customers.
Provide accurate pickup information and follow agreed pickup arrangements.
Treat customers respectfully and maintain appropriate standards of service.
PEPJO may suspend or remove a kitchen profile if we reasonably believe that the kitchen has violated these Terms, provided misleading information, created a safety concern or misused the platform.
Kitchen partners are responsible for the accuracy of their menu descriptions, prices, availability and other food-related information.
PEPJO provides a technology platform for discovery and ordering. The kitchen partner remains responsible for the food it prepares and provides to the customer.
Users should review available food information and communicate any relevant dietary or allergy concerns directly with the kitchen partner before placing an order.
Where payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
Users agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when required.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment service provider.
PEPJO may not be responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party payment systems, banks or other financial service providers.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the kitchen partner, order status and payment method.
Where applicable, cancellation or refund requests will be handled according to the cancellation and refund terms displayed at the time of the order.
If a refund is approved, the timing of the refund may depend on the payment service provider or financial institution.
Users are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup location within the applicable pickup period.
Kitchen partners are responsible for preparing accepted orders and making them available for handover at the agreed location and time.
Users should verify their order at pickup and promptly report any issue through the available PEPJO support channel.
Users must use PEPJO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
Use another person's account without authorization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PEPJO systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
Use PEPJO to engage in unlawful, abusive or harmful activities.
Upload or transmit content that infringes another person's rights.
Attempt to misuse, reverse engineer or exploit the platform or its services.
PEPJO will make reasonable efforts to keep its services available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that the website or application will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The PEPJO name, branding, website content, application interface, graphics and other materials provided by PEPJO are owned by or used by LAKKI ENTERPRISES under applicable rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit PEPJO materials without appropriate authorization.
PEPJO may suspend or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, provides misleading information, misuses the platform, creates a safety or security concern, or engages in unlawful activity.
Users may stop using PEPJO at any time. Where account deletion or closure functionality is available, users may use the applicable process to request closure of their account.
PEPJO provides a technology platform that facilitates connections between travelers and participating kitchens.
PEPJO does not prepare, package or directly provide food offered by independent kitchen partners unless expressly stated otherwise.
Kitchen partners remain responsible for the food they prepare, the information they provide and their compliance with applicable requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PEPJO will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the independent acts or omissions of users, kitchen partners or third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
PEPJO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, services, business practices or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page and the effective date may be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of PEPJO after updated Terms are posted may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
